Curb Stone Mould

Curbstone moulds are mostly different according height, wide and the figure of the shoes. Lenght is usually 0,5 or 1meter. Curbstone moulds usually produced with the bolded frame and changeable devision plates and side wear parts. 1,0 m parts done by casehardening. 0,5 m moulds are optimized according the customers request but different to the 1m System. Hardening of the shoes we do by case hardening or nitriding – depend of the geometry Special Curbstones like S-Block (Hight500mm with facemix) or uneven block will be designed with our patented mould height system.
